I want to make sure that my cat is okay. She just gave birth to three adorable kittens last night and so I think it would be best if I check her for any abnormalities. So please, what should her stomach feel like, and how should her mood be typically. What are signs of physical problems to look for?

Tthis is a picture of the kitten we’re getting’s mom. The mom came to our house on Halloween of 2007, so we decided to keep her. After a few months, we let her outside and she didn’t come back. We put up signs and a person a street away from us called and said she was theirs and at their house. We were sad, but a week ago we heard the cat we previously owned had kittens. We called and the owner said the mom had 4 kittens and one of them looked a lot like the mom and said we could have that kitten.

And yeah, about the collar thing. She was basically an indoor-outdoor cat, since she traveled to both my house and my neighbors. But the kitten we’re getting is going to be an indoor cat…and thank you for the advice. I’ll definitely remember not to put a collar on her.
