Okay, I know she’s not a particular breed, just an average ‘domestic’ (like 97% of the cats on this entire planet that were domesticated thousands of years ago so most don’t have any particular breed in their history without papers to prove blah blah blah). But I’m just looking for anyone who knows what her coat color pattern is called. Whenever someone asks what she looks like I describe her as "grey-brownish-kind-of-tabby-but-not-really with a fluffy tail, partly-white paws & underbelly up to her mouth and when she lies on her back it looks like she is wearing white hammer-time pants". Quite a mouthful. I mean, I know that she is gorgeous in every way possible and don’t need to label her for anyone but it would be nice explain her adorableness in a simpler way

Queen Elizabeth (Libby for short) is 6 months old and a little-bit over 5lbs. I adopted her at 11 weeks from a tiny animal rescue society and they said she would be long-haired. I recently took her to our vet and they put domestic short hair on her papers. So, lets just say she is a DMH. Her tail is enormous. It is the full length of her body (at least) and a big poof. You know how a cats fur on their back stands up and their tail completely puffs up when they are in fight mode? Well, Libby’s tail is like that ALL OF THE TIME! Super cute, but a little strange.
