Funny Kittens Love Water!?!

please help! my cat just gave birth to 5 adorable kittens and id like to have some ideas for names…
My kittens:
1.All black,looks like a mini panther! [she] not sure
2.Black with a white mouth and white booties [he] im thinking of naming him Boots…?
3.White with brown/black splotches like her mom [she] im thinking of naming her Yoghurt but still looking for a cute name-shes almost all white
4.White with black splotches [she] im thinking of naming her Erica…?
5.Brown and black has stripes [he] im thinking of naming him Tigger 
ps im looking for a name besides panther for the 1st? i already thought of that but kind of want something more original thanks!

Can you help me tell if this kittens are really Persian?
Someone has put for sale Persian kittens which my friend is interested in buying, yet he's skeptical. I thought I might ask some users what they thought about them, here are some photos that were accompanied with the post:

It's quite difficult for us to distinguish whether they really are, because we are quite unfamiliar with Persians. Any help would be appreciated!
The additional problem is that here in the UAE, there is no official way of verifying the pets breed through papers or organizations.

will a kittens fur change?
My kitten is a blackish grey/tan tabby. He is about 11 or 12 weeks old. He has little white tips on the end of each fur, making him look kind of salty pepperish, and his stripes are not easily distinguished. Will the white tips eventually go away and his stripes darken, or is this his true color? If you want to see a picture of him, you can look at my previous questions.

How do I get my cat to stop misbehaving?
I have 2 cats. Ones name is Wilson, he's 10 months old. He is a Siamese mixed with Orange tabby. He looks exactly like a Ragdoll, except he has stripes like a Orange Tabby. I had him for about 6 months and then I started to notice some poor behaviours. He was stealing things from my purse (Ipod, keys, hair-ties, money, pens) and hiding them anywhere he could. It occurred to me that he could just be lonely and want a companion. My dog refused to play with Wilson, he would just sit and watch him and so I figured Wilson needed a friend that would run around and cuddle with him and all that other fun stuff kittens do together. So, I got Tigger. Tigger was 8 weeks when I adopted him from the SPCA. He's this really sweet and mellow little man which I thought was going to be great for Wilson because it would relax him a bit. Well turns out I was wrong. Tigger and Wilson compete all the time for the top spot on the cat post, who gets to sit closer to me, who gets to use the little box first… everything just turns into a full out kitty war between them. Wilsons behaviour issues got better when we first got Tigger, he stopped stealing things and hiding everything on me because he had someone to play with but now the new kitty excitement is over and Wilson could care less and he's back to his old ways but, WORSE!
At night as soon as I lay in bed he jumps up on my dresser and starts grabbing my pictures out if my mirror and dropping them on the floor. Continues by using one foot to knock LITERALLY everything off my dresser and then runs and hides. He jumps up and grabs my wind chimes and jingles them in the morning when he wants me to wake up to let him out of my room. (He has to be locked in at night time because if he's not he will wreck the whole house. Ill get up in the morning and there will be a whole roll of paper towel unravelled on the floor, fake & real flowers and plants all over the floor, couch, kitchen EVERYWHERE. It's insane. When he's doing something he's not supposed to I tell him "No" and he makes this nasty siamese noise that just makes your spine quiver lol. No matter how many times i say no or bad or get down he makes the noise, kind of like he's telling me to eff off lol. When I'm sleeping in the morning, he will stand on my pillows on his back legs and reach up and knock my pictures in frames off the wall, once the picture falls he then stands up and steals the thumb tack from my wall and goes and hides it, then comes back for the next picture. I've moved the pictures higher, rearranged my whole room and taken almost everything from my room so he cant do these things but he moves on to the next item like my fish tank and knocks it over & he flips his water bowl.
Methods I've tried;
-Water Bottle
-Harnessed him up and have been taking him for walks because I thought it would drain some of his energy… NOPE. Now he just has a fixation with the door and anytime you try to come or go he's at your feet trying to book it out the door. We live on a busy street… He's an indoor cat, it's not good.
-Tried leaving him in is carrier for awhile after he does something bad and he sits there and meows loudly until he's released. I've actually left him in his carrier ALL night so he wouldn't destroy my house and I had to sleep with ear plugs in so i couldn't hear him.
This damn cat is spoiled, he goes boating, and fishing, goes for walks, has a huge scratching post, a million and one toys but he wont leave my stuff alone. I am at my wits end I don't know what to do anymore. I've researched all over the net to find new methods like adding vinegar to the water bottle… he just licked it off. I've tried putting citrus scents all over my dresser, and cyanine pepper. You name it i've done it and he doesn't give a crap. Someone please help me!!! Give me some idea of something new I can try or SOMETHING, PLEASE!!
A friend mentioned a shock collar, and there is no way in this lifetime I would ever do that to anyone of my animals so that is out of the question. I've even tried some Cesar Millan techniques, and Wilson reaches out and smacks me right back, no matter how many times I do the "Shhh!" thing, or touch him.
Any and all suggestions welcomed, please and thanks. Lol I am going to loose my mind soon
Well thats the thing, I dont leave paper towels out for him to get… he climbs across my counters then climbs up the curtains and shimmys across the curtains to get to the paper towel holder on the wall, stands on it and uses a foot to unravell it all. Jumps down and then shreds it. Ive kitty proofed my house so far pretty well, but there are just some things you dont want to put away like pictures and things like that. I shouldnt have to worry about that kinda stuff you know what I mean? Pretty soon all my belongings are going to be in storage if this keeps up.
Cesar has worked with cats on a few episodes actually and so I thought it was worth a try to be perfectly honest. Ive tried the tin foil too actually on our coffee table and he tried to eat it. So far the only scent ive found he doesnt like is my boyfriends hands after he has a smoke, but other than that he will sniff and like anything of any flavor. Vinegar, Molasses, Ketchup, Curry Powder, onions, garlic, it doesnt matter he will sniff, lick and then proceed to destroy things. Im a chef so I have a ton of different herbs and spices in my house and ive tried at least 100 of them. Any other suggestions? As for the change jar, and rattling it when he goes to close to the door…. completely backfired, he tried grabbing it from my hands to see what it was.
