Kitten Swollen Eye W/ Green Pus. Picture and Video included.?

I’ve been taking care of a mama cat’s babies on my patio and one of them recently showed up with an eye swollen shut.
They never really leave the patio but the one time the kitten left for a few hours and when she came back it was swollen shut.
I have become attached to these cats and I hope it would be possible to take care of her on my own but if she doesn’t heal by tomorrow I’m taking her to the vet and leaving her there (I have no money to pay for it)

Well I’ve been cleaning it with a warm washcloth for a few days now an just today I noticed while cleaning it some green pus squirted out of her eye.

I have a reference picture and video of her.

If you look at the picture you can see a red bump on the kittens lip too. Which also showed up at the same time.

I just want to get some advice to take care of her before taking her to the vet so hopefully the swelling will go down OR if you know what could be wrong with her I would love to know.

Her eye was completely closed before I took this picture and she always opens it after I clean it.

Also, although they live outside if you notice in the video there is a blanket laying down and a light coming from the side of it. We made a little dome type thing with a heat lamp to keep them warm.

and here is the video
Ignore the person in the background saying "stupid cat" it was my brother talking about one of the kittens who fell off of a chair while I was taking the video.

If there are any questions don’t hesitate to ask. :] but I think I gave enough information.
I just brought her in to keep her away from all of the dust n such.
I’m going to have to put her back outside before I go to bed because she isn’t litter box trained but she’s sleeping nicely in my lap :]

I hope she get’s better.

I’m taking her to the vet tomorrow morning.

Thank you for caring for those innocent babies and their mom!!

Just knowing that this kitten has green pus coming out of her eye tells me I do not need to see the video to know that s/he needs to be taken to the vet IMMEDIATELY. Sure leave her there but at least it will get care!!

One of the top problems with homeless baby kittens is eye infections.

Tell the vet about the mama and babies too — someone who rescues cats needs to come over and humanely trap them and rescue them (they will be taken to the vet, cared for, spayed and adopted into responsible homes.

Please take the kitty to the vet. There may be a foreign body in the eye that needs to be removed by an expert. Even if the eye is just scratched, your kitty could lose the eye if it’s infected. Please take her to the vet _now_.

Pick up some eye drops at the vet and try that. They are not expensive at all. If that doesn’t work then drop her off at the vet clinic. Until it heals you should keep her in the house away from dust and dirt and stuff that may irritate it. Hope it works.
    PS- he’s so adorable!
