I am fostering a kitten from the animal shelter. Last 2 days he has been making a funny sounding cough here and there. Like a mix between a cough and a furball. He is only like 2 months old. Does anyone know if this is ok or is it serious? Thank you.
i’d say call the vet. ask them. also he might have something stuck in his throat so take two fingers and gently rub down his neck. don’t do it to hard cause you might hurt something with him only being 2months.
it’s prob a kitten cold, my cat had it around that age.. go to the vets for the meds. it helps.
it’s likely not to be really bad
Take him to a vet. It sounds like he could have an upper respiratory infection. The vet will need to give him a shot for that. If that is what it is, it won’t go away on it’s own, so please get him to the vet.
