Yes, you are correct. Her name is Yaguchi Mari. She was part of Mini Moni and Morning Musume.
@Octobereves well the deformity doesn’t harm the cat. breeding scottish folds is delicate process. in fact when breeding they may only end up with one scottish fold out of the litter.
