My mom rescued a kitten last week. I’m not sure what the sex is, but I have seen pictures and she/he is soo cute…it’s mostly white w/a brown stripe down its back. Before we take it to a pet store, I want to see if there is anyone on here around the Charlotte area that would like to adopt this cute little cat.If you or anyone you know that would like to help this kitty out just let me know. I myself would take it, but my wife and I already have 4!
I don’t live in that area, but I’ve got some great recipes if anyone wants to pick up that kitten.

you might want to hold onto the little guy for a few weeks and try to find a home yourself. Pet stores and shelters are swamped with unwanted cats and you may have better luck through word of mouth, newspaper ad and fliers around the neighborhood/town.
You could also try petfinder.com and catster.com to advertise the kitten needing a home-but personally, I have not had any responses from those places…but perhaps in your area the sites are more active.
We have 3 cats and have kept strays in our house until a new home could be found.

Do you have a internet site locally that you can advertise on? Here in Texas we do and whenever there are cats or dogs are anything you want to get rid of or buy I advertise for free on it. I usually find homes for what I have and its pretty quick.
