I can never tell if my cats are playing or fighting, but they act like the two cats in this video. Does that mean they’re just playing?

This made me cry, Not tears of joy thou. Watching all these healthy kittens with homes, then i think about all the stray, dead, bloody kittens with no home, no parents, no food or water. Their all alone and no one to love them. Its so sad. OMG IM BALLING!!!!
