The cat certainly wouldn't like having to undergo the dye job. Why can't the person give that money to the humane society to help look after stray and injured animals. It is a very selfish thing to do. Some people have no sense. They certainly aren't animal lovers. This really is a senseless thing to do. That poor cat licks and cleans himself / herself everyday and usually more than once a day and now it has to look that paint. It can't possible be healthy for the cat. Geez, why can't people just let their cats look like themselves? Why do people have to paint them all up and make them look different than they are suppose to?
